The mental health offerings are a scam. They charge $85 a month to ship $8(on goodrx) medicine. You get one initial face-to-face and then one 3 months later. So you end up paying $255 for 2 teleconference visits and $24 worth of medicine.
Nice idea as it’s convenient and discreet. No embarrassing discussions and get your condition treated. I contacted them for my hair as it was thinning and I wanted to do something about it. Completed online enrollment and since I live in NJ and the medical community doesn’t like competition, they had to schedule me to speak to the NP before prescribing the medication. Appointment was scheduled but two days before my appointment the NP said she had to cancel due to a conflict and I should go back online to pick an alternative date but there weren’t any options for that! Contacted customer service via chat (no option to call) and they were no help. My guess is for what I needed it was not going to be profitable for forHims.com as the higher cost provider visit wasn’t worth it. Not a good experience for something that should have been very easy.

Hims is a good source to help out having there doctors available to give advice and easier way to get prescriptions. Very helpful site and reasonable prices
Worked well for an erection but was unable to ejaculate
The pills work great and the price is right. The only negative thing I can say is I cannot get an itemized receipt for insurance purposes. Because of this I'm going to have to purchase from a competitor.
